Test of English as a Foreign Language(TOEFL)

Introduction

Test of English as a Foreign Language(TOEFL)

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT) was developed by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in 1964 to assess the English language proficiency of non-native speakers dreaming of studying and working in English-speaking countries. Achieving a good score on the TOEFL can help you in your educational and professional success. TOEFL is accepted worldwide by universities and institutions. It consists of two ways to take the TOEFL: an internet-based test and a home test.

Taking this TOEFL course will help you improve your English language proficiency, enabling you to ace the test smoothly. Learning English will open doors to better job opportunities globally, especially in countries that require English proficiency.

Though TOEFL doesn’t have any strict educational criteria for taking the exam, aspiring candidates are recommended to complete their 10+2 education from a recognized institution.

Parents or authorized adults aged 18 or above should accompany the test takers who are 15 years or younger.

Both the test taker and guardian and the test takers must bring valid, acceptable ID; failing which, you will not be allowed to take the test. You must contact the Office of Testing Integrity (OTI) before your registration if you are unable to meet the ID requirement.
